First visit info

Kindly review the information before making a reservation.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for check-in as doors are locked during class.
-Mats and props are provided.
-Bring your own sweat towel and water.
Please provide a fresh towel for Yin classes when using studio bolsters.
Ensure to clean your mat and all contact surfaces, like the studio mat and floorspace, with our disinfectant wipes after each use.
-Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell.

Please be advised that all classes starting at 6:30 am on weekdays and at 5 pm on weekends are broadcasted live for our online subscribers. Your participation in these classes implies your consent to being recorded.

In case you are unable to attend the class, kindly cancel your reservation no later than 12 hours before morning classes and 2 hours before other classes to avoid a $15 late cancellation fee for the mat. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.

Terms + Conditions

Refunds and transfers are not applicable to any pass purchased.

Auto-debit memberships start immediately after purchase. They can be temporarily paused for a week or a month upon request, with a minimum 7-day notice sent by email.

Unused pass portions are non-refundable or extendable, except for cases of severe illness supported by a medical certificate.

Reservations can be made up to 14 days ahead and are subject to modifications or cancellations.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure smooth operations, kindly cancel your class booking at least 12 hours in advance for morning sessions and 2 hours ahead for others. Utilize the Mindbody App or our website for any modifications. Regrettably, we do not accommodate cancellations or tardiness via calls or texts. A $15 fee will be imposed for late cancellations and no-shows. Thank you for your cooperation.
